Happy February, fellow Browns Backers! –
As far as I’m concerned, the NFL 2024-25 season is over.
Screw the Chiefs and screw the Eagles. I’m sick of their faces and I truly hope that game ends in a tying final score of 2-2, setting a record for the worst game in the history of all games ever.
The season is dead, long live next season!

We all know that the Cleveland Browns have totally blown it this year.
It was a disaster in more ways than I can count, but the biggest indicators are our dismal 3-12 record, the fact that we’re yet again on our 3rd QB in a single season, and we still owe a ~$100M to a QB that we all hope never takes a snap for this team again.
The good news is that it’s the Christmas season and Romilo’s has great game-day drink specials and I’m buying pizza for anyone who shows up this Sunday up to help us get through another week.… Read the rest

Well, ladies and gentlemen, it’s finally that time of year where even I am ready to say that this season is now irredeemable.
As an eternal optimist, I’m still forced to point out some good things that happened, which I’ll do shortly.
In addition, we’ve still got a chance to beat the Ravens one more time this year, which could be made infinitely sweeter should we have an opportunity to couple that with knocking them out of playoff contention, or at least into a lower seed.… Read the rest
Sadly, I’m not talking about a return to that one year we can all remember when the Cleveland Browns crushed opponents regularly…
BUT…I am talking about being back at our local Glory Days establishment after a string of off-time games! So, that’s something!
Looking forward to seeing everyone this week when we get another fresh opportunity to make Steeler’s fans cry in shame.
Anyways, here’s the deal:
Hope all of our Annapolis Area Browns Backers had a GREAT Thanksgiving holiday! With Tiffany at home this year instead of working an emergency room shift, we certainly did 🙂
We’ve also got the benefit of having this Sunday to chillax and keep our heart rates down, as the Brownies don’t play again until Monday night! (I’m looking on the bright side…I prefer all games to be 1:00 PM games…)
